About the West Yorkshire Bat Group (WYBG)
WYBG is a thriving voluntary group which was formalised in 1998 and became a Registered Charity in 2002. We have well over a hundred members and aim to conserve bats and educate the public on bat-related matters. We carry out conservation activities and organize a full programme of well-attended guided walks and talks to raise public awareness of bats. We produce newsletters and organize talks and activities for members.
